At 3D4YourLife, every item is 3D printed to order by our family, right here in Keller, Texas. Because most pieces are made specifically for you after you order, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

### Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom color requests, custom pet portraits, and any item personalized to your specifications are final sale and not eligible for return once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

### Standard (Non-Custom) Items
For ready-made stock items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

### Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace, repair, or refund the item at no cost to you.

### How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
Email us at 3D4Yourlife@gmail.com with your order number and details. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

### Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the issue.

### Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
