3D4YourLife is a small, family-run 3D printing shop based in Keller, Texas. Here's what to expect when you order from us.

### Processing Time
Most items are printed to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Custom pieces (custom colors, custom pet portraits) may take longer depending on complexity; we'll let you know if an item needs extra time.

### Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination if applicable.

### Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

### Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

### International Orders
We currently ship to a number of international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

### Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at 3d4yourlife@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
